Deliveries - Cornwall Gem aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. All orders are sent recorded delivery with tracking details. UK delivery takes are around 2-3 days with international around 5-14 days. UK we use Royal Mail tracked service and International are Track or Signed
Returns - Cornwall Gem offers 30 day returns policy on all unopened and altered products. The return cost are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are dealt within 2 days of returned items and are refunded to the original payment method. (refunds may take up to 14 days from your bank this is out of the control of Cornwall Gem)
No Re-Stocking Fees - Cornwall Gem do not charge a re-stocking fee
