​Returns - Cornwall Gem offers 30 day returns policy on all unopened and altered products.  The return cost are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Refunds are dealt within 2 days of returned items and are refunded to the original payment method. (refunds may take up to 14 days from your bank this is out of the control of Cornwall Gem)

No Re-Stocking Fees - Cornwall Gem do not charge a re-stocking fee
